We base our pieces in the standard size chart, but each piece has a different fitting. Make sure you check each products description.

We'd like to tell you to PLEASE READ THE ITEM DESCRIPTION carefully. We go a great lengths to make sure that we mention it on the description if an item runs large, small, or if the fit has any notes.

Returns and exchanges are now available for full priced items with the purchase of re:do! For $1.98, you get one free return label for an exchange or return making returns/exchanges easy breezy! Must be requested within 14 days of receiving your item.

Final sale items such as vault, outlet, clearance (past year's collections), custom or altered items and discounted items, including flash and Holiday sales are not eligible (even if Re:do was purchased), or based on the information in marketing materials**. 

Items must have their original liners and tags (if they had any) and must be in the same condition as received in order to qualify for an exchange. Make-up, deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell and any other type of stain will deem an item not returnable. PROMOTIONAL ITEMS will be charged at current market price if not returned with the qualifying order.

Selecting re:do at checkout qualifies you for  one free return label for a return or one exchange on eligible items. Didn’t checkout with Re:Do? You can still exchange/return eligible items. Re:do will allow you to purchase a label through them with discounted shipping rates. Refunds incur in a 10% restocking fee. Must be processed within 14 days of delivery tracking.

**Sometimes we offer sales, such as flash sales, that make an item ineligible. Unfortunately, we are not able to modify the purchase of re:do for these cases, so the customer will still be able to purchase the service, but the items will in fact, not be covered for returns/exchanges. The conditions on specific sales that are stated in promotional material will apply. 

NOTE FOR WHITE ITEMS: exchanges and returns on white items will be granted only if the white, to our judgement, is in pristine condition upon receiving. Please try it on very carefully as to not get it dirty.
