I know returns can be a pain, but I also know finding the perfect fit matters. So here's how we handle it:
The Basics:
You've got 14 days from when your suit arrives to request a return or exchange.
Before You Buy:
Please read the item descriptions carefully. We work hard to include fit notes—if something runs large, small, or has any quirks, we mention it. This helps us both avoid unnecessary back-and-forth.
What's Not Returnable:
Final sale items aren't eligible for returns or exchanges. This includes:
- Vault, outlet, and clearance items (past collections)
- Custom or altered pieces
- Anything purchased during flash sales, holiday sales, or other promotions (check the marketing materials if you're unsure)
Condition Matters:
Items must come back with original liners and tags intact, in the same condition you received them. That means no makeup, deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell, or any other wear. If it's not in pristine condition, we can't accept it.
A Note on White Suits:
White is gorgeous but unforgiving. We'll only accept returns/exchanges on white items if they're in pristine condition when we receive them. Try carefully so you don't accidentally get them dirty.
