Returns and exchanges are now available with the purchase of re:do, which is eligible only on full priced items. Please notice that even if Re:do is purchased, not all items in an order are eligible for returns or exchanges based on their individual status (clearance, vault, etc).
Items must have their original liners and tags (if they had any) and must be in the same condition as received in order to qualify for an exchange. Make-up, deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell and any other type of stain will deem an item not returnable. PROMOTIONAL ITEMS will be charged at current market price if not returned with the qualifying order.
