Exchanges and Returns
All exchanges must be made within 14 days of receiving the item(s), to make an exchange you must purchase the new item you want outright. You can then send us back the first item(s) and we will then refund you for your original purchase.
Ex. If you purchased the Tenaya Top size Large in color Plumb Lane and you want to exchange for an XL, you must purchase the XL and return the Large. We will ship the XL immediately and refund the Large upon return. We are doing this because our items are extremely limited in quantity and we don't want you to miss out on your dream suit! The exchanged merchandise must be accompanied by tags attached, sanitary liners in place and need to be sent back in the original poly bags within 14 days of receiving the merchandise to 2115 Dickerson Rd. Reno, NV 89503.
Refunds for exchanged items will be processed within 4 days of their reception.
*We do not offer full refunds and only provide in-store credit or refunds when an exchange is made.
